IN MANUFACTURING OF HIGH PRESSURE
HYDRAULIC HOSE ASSEMBLIES BY CRIMPING PROCESS, Steel
wire reinforced rubber horses require cutting and skiving
operation as preparation of horse before crimping end-fitting
. In this preparation , two basic requirements are to be
ensured for good quality crimped hose assembly.
1 . Square ness of cutting to hose axis
2. Remove of rubber layer up to a pre-determined axial
length without damaging the steel reinforcement . These two
requirements can be safely and conveniently achieved with
the help of hose cutting adn skiving machine. |

VERTICAL MODEL AC-135
The Hose Crimping Machine Ac-135 is suited For small and
medium batch production of high pressure hose assemblies.
The high pressing force is accompanied with quick gripping
operation and radially self aligning tooling. Crimp depth is
controlled by setting micrometer, which gives depth of crimp
on diameter.

Hose Assemblies up to 11/4 ID, SAE 100 R2 and 1 in, ID SAE
100 R13 4 Spiral Hoses.Operation of the machine is very
simple And controlled by a single push button. A rotary
switch puts the mains ON. The crimping operation takes place
in Auto Mode by pressing the push button 'Crimp'. The
machine is reversed at a preset position. The depth is
controlled by Setting a micrometer. The machine is supplied
with single phase or three phase motor as per the
requirement of the customer. |

HORIZONTAL MODEL HZ-300
With all efforts to continuous upgradation in product range
ANISH is offering a very good Horizontal Hose Crimping
Machine. The machine is with 8 Die segments moving radially
in the die magazine with the help of hydraulic cylinder. The
position control and corresponding depth of crimp is
achieved by a dedicated electrol hydraulic control. The
crimping head is positioned at a working height on the top
of hydraulic reservoir and easily operated with the help of
adjacent control panel. The through opening of the machine
is 140 mm which facilitates crimping of heavy flanged and
elbow fittings. The quick movement of the Die magazine as
high as 55 mm on diameter facilitates easy removal of hose
assemblies with bends, elbows and flanged ends. Tool Rack is
provided at the left side of the machine for storage of Die
sets.

This is another
heavy duty crimping offered by Anish with specific focus on
production of hose Assemblies required for earth moving
machines. It provide horizontal loading of specimen with,
through opening of 170 mm. the radial moment of Dies is 70
mm on Diameter. It is suitable of the hose assembly. The
electro hydraulic control can be further modified to
PLC/Microprocessor Control on specific requirement. |

ANISH PRESENTS ONE MORE MACHINE FOR
PROCESSING STEEL PIPE JOINTS.
The Machine is an
electro hydraulic device to preassemble the ferrules on
seamless tubes used in high pressure hydraulic application.
the preassembly of steel and stainless steel tube of 6-42 m
O.D. can be safely done on this equipment. the required
pressure is varied
with the help of adjustment provided, depending upon the
tube material and pressure rating. The standard version is
for 440 volts, 3 phase supply. The single phase 220 volt
version may also be available on demand. The tooling for
appropriate size of pipe and ferrule can be
replaced easily. Loading plates and adaptor cones are
available for standard tube/ferrule sizes. Checking plugs
are supplied for ensuring the correctness of the adaptor
cones.

This 8 Segment
Horizontal Machine is tailored to meet the requirement of
hoses used in automobile industry for the application like
Brake hoses, Diesel pipelines and similar external wire
braided hose pipes. The Die Magazine is closed radially
within the accuracy of 0.1 mm on diameter. The caps having
external diameter up to 28 mm before crimping and a wall
thickness of 0.8 mm can be effectively crimped on this
machine. |

NUT CRIMPING MODEL AC70N
This machine
facilitates crimping of nut on the ends of hose assemblies
having female swivel nut ends. The inner and nut are located
on the adjustable stopper. Appropriate size locators are
provided for each size between 1/4" BSP to 2" BSP size nuts.
Crimp depth is set with the micrometer. The operation can be
in either auto or Manual mode.

PRESSURE TESTING MODEL PT1400
PT-1400 is a pressure testing equipment to confirm the
quality of the crimped hose assembly as per the appropriate
standard / specifications. PT-1400 can privide static and
pulsative mode for the test cycle.
The test is carried out in a totally enclosed steel cabinet
with bulletproof glass panels for viewing. The working is in
Auto mode after loading the specimen manually.
Optional a digital display can be privided for test pressure
in place of analog gauge on specific request.
